I bought my first suppressor from a local dealer and paid full retail for it. When I was looking for my 2nd I checked online for a better price. Silencer Shop's price was so low that the discount nearly paid for the stamp. I was unsure about buying a class 3 item online so I called them and spoke to a man named Patrick. He made sure I understood every detail and never had the "oh great, another clueless customer" tone in his voice. Patrick seemed genuinely excited about his company and products and it was infectious.
I ordered a suppressor from them online after the call and got on a waiting list for another. Great customer service is your best sales tactic every time..... |
