Does Geissele or ALG make a piston-compatible rail? I'm looking into options for my POF Puritan.

ETA: I am looking for a lightweight keymod or M-LOK rail.

All I see on their website are DI handguards. I'm guessing DI = direct impingement.

Correct. I'm unaware of any piston system that would accept the SMR MKX series of rails.
