I have an original SMR Mk1 and a Mk2 Mod 0 I'd like to put rail panels on if possible. Do any on the market bolt up directly? What are people using?

Centurion CMR rail covers fit. They aren't exact but close enough to work fine using the Geissele fasteners. You will have to ream the holes a bit in the panels.

whats the thread pitch on the rail holes? my blem didnt come with any rail sections/screws
