I had an issue with a recent order (my first) this week. The part I ordered somehow parted ways with the box it was being delivered in on the way to my abode.
I emailed Weapon Outfitters about the problem and they immediately sent a new one to me which arrived within two days!
Great CS and a huge "Thank You!" to Meredith and Roy.

Nice. Weapon Outfitters is good people. I've spent many a dime there, and have more in my cart, just waiting for money to show up.

She helped me with a minor order issue I had awhile back. She made it right immediately. I tell all my friends about WO, and I noticed a couple of them have recently become Facebook fans of your page. Keep it up guys.
