Are we EVER going to get tired of thanking Rich for great service? I don't think so. Placed an order on Saturday night. Checked it on Sunday morning, and discovered I'd left a buttstock off my order. Figured oh well, my fault- suck it up, and placed a second order. Monday am, get notice that order was revised, my paypal account was refunded the extra shipping charges, and my total order was shipped! Extra work, figuring out AND correcting MY error, and by Wednesday pm my parts are here and installed. Just outstanding service! Thanks, Rich! |
