I have been trying for 3 weeks to talk with someone about the status of my repair.
I need to explain to the tech the issues I'm having with the upper so he is aware what's going on. I have called several times a week for a month, sent numerous emails, messaged on Face Book, and on here. I've been very patient as I know you are busy, but all I need is to speak to someone for 5 minutes. I talked with Michael before he left and he promised me I would have the upper back in 2 weeks. I've spoken to 2 ladies who answered the phone and they assured me that someone would contact me regarding the issues I'm having with the SHRIKE Upper. I have not heard back from anyone. How do I go about talking with someone at Ares? I'm pressing 2 for tech support, but no one ever answers?? Thanks |
