You know, every once in a while, you find a company that has such great customer service, that it is really shocking. BAD is one of them, and Duffy leads the pack.
I read a few months back, about them offering a screw uprade, to 8+ hardware for their selectors. I own a couple of them, and have been extremely busy at work the last few month, and didn't have time to send them an IM, or email, or call. I wrote Duffy a PM a week or two ago, and asked about the upgrade. He asked for my address in turn. I offered to gladly pay for the new screws (in spite of never having any issues with the current ones). He refused my $$$, and said that it was no problem. I received the screws in about a week or less. I realize that screws don't cost a terrible amount, and shipping isn't terribly bad. BUT, te fact that these guys operate the way they do, is really awesome. They are class acts no doubt. I will always own their parts, and always do business with them, as long as they are in business. I just figured that I would relay some of my experience with them, as it may shed some light on them, for guys that might be considering another brand. Thanks Duffy, L2 |

Thank you for your feedback! We keep improving and adding extras with our kits, and these are almost always retroactive, and free to existing customers. When we started to include a KNS stainless steel detent with every selector in 2010, they were free for customers that had purchase the kits without them. Same with the Grade 8 screws and detent springs Our customers get lots of perks. Since our product occupies the high end of the price ladder, we make sure customers receive premium service.
