I saw a 14.5" genuine Colt M4 upper listed in J&T Distibuting's catalog. Is it possible to get one from them with a suppressor permanently attached to make the legal 16"?

When/if they become available again that will not be a problem. At this time we are out of those uppers.

How much were they and did they include the RAS white markings? And were they in preban config.?

The last complete 14.5" Colt uppers we had did not have the numbering on them, and ran $900. 14.5" uppers only come with a threaded barrel and bayonet lug unless it is from a special run.
