| I've been checking your website and stumbled in the 1911 parts section. 1. Who makes the slides and barrels you are selling? 2. Are they military specs according to dimensions and metallurgy/heat treatment? 3. Do you give military discounts? =) I'm assembling an IAI frame that I've had in storage for years now and I'm looking to finish the darn thing in 45 ACP. |
| We have a very few GI slides left (Remington Rand primarily) and are now down to some aftermarket chrome lined barrels ($30). I wouldn't recommend the barrels for anything other than a blaster. I wouldn't hesitate to use the slide on a carry gun. On 1911 parts we don't have a military discount. |
