how much for kit with out charging handle and substitute car hg's. flat top and chrome lined 1x9.

The downgrade on a DS-4 kit for CAR HG's should be $10, and less charging handle would be $10 as well.

My first AR was a DS-4 kit, it was a awsome, i didn't care for the DS-4 handguards though, but other then that I was completely happy with it.
