Well, here's the problem:
  I work 7-3:30 M-F and UPS comes by my place between 10:30-2 M-F, so I'm not here to sign for it. The first attempt to deliver was made today, well when I got the ticket on my door, I called UPS to have them hold it at the hub so I could pick it up on my way home from work tomorrow. I was then informed that they could not hold it at the hub,  and that the only way I could get it is to be home to sign for it.

 Is there any way to change the shipping instructions to allow me to pick it up? Otherwise it will end up getting shipped back.

I don't remember what has to happen to get that changed, you'll need to call in and speak to Rhonda or Kathy in shipping to see what can happen.

call again and talk to someone else. you might even be able to do it online. I know you can do it.

people at UPS don't know their own policies. they always tell me that they wont ship firearms to manufacturers, but if you go to their website and actually look up their policy it says they do.

Talked with Kathy and got it all taken care of, something to do with J&T's UPS account. She did a package intercept and then changed the shipping address to my UPS hub, so now I can just pick it up at the hub.

Looking forward to getting my upper!
