The bottom is an obsolete part number that did not get removed from the system, which was the old part number for the 16" chrome lined HBAR barrel, the top one is the HBAR style M-4 barrel (M-4 cut in front of the sight tower, HBAR profile under the HG)

That is what I was thinking on both but was not sure. I was banking on AR517CL, oh well.
