I ordered 2 A2-kits off of your website. (Called in the order) The lady that helped me was extremely helpful (Judy? Maybe) But my question is. Is there any way to track my order? I guess I'm not sure what carrier you use either for shipping. But, I called and asked for a tracking number, but the lady said the company policy was to not give out tracking numbers for products, which confused me, but whatever. So, I was just wondering what carrier you use, and if there was any way I can track the order or anything. I'm HOPING that is shows today, so I can assemble it this weekend. Thanks for your help. We had to change company policy on giving out tracking numbers due to a large number of redirected packages by customers which cost us nearly $1000 during a month's time. Since then we no longer give out numbers, but can track the package for you to give you an ETA on the arrival either that day or the following. Jesse |
