missing bolt catch spring > Doublestar / J & T Distributing / Ace Ltd.

hey J&T, i have a 16 inch carbine kit that i got from you guys and it seems to be missing the BOLT CATCH SPRING.

i dont know if i just lost it somehow or if it was never here, but id like to know if there is any way i can get a replacement.

Just drop me a line with your name and address and I'll get you one dropped in the mail. I did the last batch of lower kits just before Knob Creek, so I probably left it out. (It's a wonder something major wasn't missing ;)

also just fired my rifle for the first time.

functioned flawlessly (minus the fact that it has no bolt catch) but i only had 20 rounds of ammo to run through it :(

oh well, ill post a full range report on the BIY board soon.

just recieved my spring in the mail.

thank you so much for the timely response.

rifle is now 100% complete and looks GREAT.

it only took me an hour to whack the last roll pin in too! i am a champ! (my advice is to invest in some roll pin punches if you are gonna do this more than once)
