Hi, I can't seem to get ahold of anyone on the telephone or email, so I'm gonna try here... I placed my order on the 16th of this month (>2 weeks ago) for a 16" postban CAR kit. I got the email receipt, and a lady I talked to last Friday said that someone'd be calling me about my order this monday. Nobody's called, and nobody's answering the phone when I call. I was kinda disappointed when I called back last Friday and the lady I walked to told me the kit was out of stock; as another (?) lady had told me they were in stock earlier that day. Could you guys tell me about when I can expect shipment of my kit? My order number is 2714. Thanks in advance. |

We just got those barrels back from the coaters today, so those orders will be going out on Tuesday. On emails, Beau had been handling the internet orders and emails, he is no longer with the company, so some email's have more than likely been missed. We are trying to get caught up on everything that is behind. I apologize for the delays and the lack of return calls. I'll have a talk with the girls to see why your call was not returned. Thanks for quick reply. The lady I spoke to last friday said that the fellow that does internet orders would be calling me back. I'd assume that's the guy that doesn't work for you anymore. Hmm... the timing is kinda off for me now... what would be the cost of upgrading my shipping from UPS Ground to something like 3 day select? I'll be leaving on a trip next Saturday, and from what I've seen on ups.com, it'll take ~3-4 days by ground to get here. Hopefully you'll see this before Tuesday; otherwise, have a nice labor day. -- Warren |

I've made a note to myself to upgrade you to 3 day. Now as long as I don't forget the note on Tuesday we'll be fine. Just as a precaution you may want to call me on Tuesday morning to make sure. I'll actually do one better, I'll give it to the wife and she'll make sure that I remember. :) Jesse |
