So before I go wasting your guy's time by calling and and potentially getting a disappointing answer, I was cleaning my rifle at home and as I was putting together my rifle it slipped from my hands. I attempted to 'catch' my rifle but I actually ended up pushing it towards the floor. I was astonished that the sight didn't break and it chipped the tile it landed on, but the left blade got slightly bent. I wouldn't normally make a big deal, but now I can't use my adjustment tool. Can I get it repaired or did I just void my warranty because it was my fault?

I saw they posted a reply yesterday and I have emailed them on the subject without a response. I hate talking on the phone, especially when I might get bad news. An email is more of at your convenience, get back to me when you can deal but it's been over 2 weeks without a response.
