If I have a barrel with a RIS II barrel nut, pinned FSB, and permanently attached muzzle device (16" OAL), can I install this barrel and this rail on an upper receiver? I think the answer is yes but I wanted to double check.

| I don't think so. The FSB has to be off of the barrel in order to get it into the cut out of the rail. With the FSB nested in the cutout, you then slide the rail system and FSB onto the barrel. Unfortunately, I don't think you'll be able to install that rail without pulling the flash hider. |
