Why is it available if none of the videos or any other content work?

Also, the interface is horrible.... which could be easy to overlook if the app did anything.

Why need a response? I'm sure there's a better chance the developer will see it in the app feedback rather than a thread here. But you just wanted a bigger audience for your criticism, right?

Sorry you don't like my response.

If you wanted to tell DD about your complaint, you can call them, email them, leave feedback via the app store, or heck, even send a private message. But you appear to not really want the app remedied, so much as to take a dig at DD.

They're a firearms manufacturer, not a software company.

Yeah, they aren't a software company.  Duh.  I didn't buy my DD upper at Best Buy so I would know.

But they did pay a software developer to design the app for them.  And THEY should know the developer has done a lousy job SO FAR.

I didn't leave feedback on the app store in their defense.  No reason to sully the ratings.  So if you could please get your head out of your ass (or theirs for that matter) maybe they could take the time to reply.  Or they don't and this thread could have moved on down on its own.  But no, instead you want to play the caped crusader and keep bumping this to the top.

Why are you taking this so hard?  Are YOU the developer?

Keep asking me questions, I'll keep answering. No, not the developer, nor am I a customer. Just not a fan of people calling out companies in a bullshit manner when they know there's a far better way to contact them to voice opinion. Grow up.
