You must be lucky- They have yet to respond to my emails or IMs when all I want to know is if they received my shipping info which they requested from me via email and IM month ago..... I have several thousand dollars in DD equipment which has thus far ben wonderful stuff. I'm happy I have not had any issues with any of it because I have little confidence in DD's customer service now.

Looks like you got the shaft. Send your email again and await a wonderous DD care package. Hopefully we can restore your confidence in the customer service team at DD. It's probably my fault anyway, so I am glad to help out and get you some DD goodness. What size T-shirt do you wear? |
