What kind of life cycle can I expect to get out of my DD M4?

Seriously though, I would imagine that life cycle is going to be different for each component based on various factors like ammo choice, shooting style, and maintenance. I can't help on round count numbers. |

The trigger group will last a very long time, the barrel for probably 15,000 rounds or more, and the bolt and extractor at least 5,000 rounds. Dustin |
