What kind of life cycle can I expect to get out of my DD M4?

Barrel?

BCG?

Extractor?

Firing pin?

Trigger assembly?

Thanks.

I'm sure your DD M4 is defective, please send it to me for proper disposal.

Seriously though, I would imagine that life cycle is going to be different for each component based on various factors like ammo choice, shooting style, and maintenance.

I can't help on round count numbers.

I was kind of looking for a bit more of an answer than that.

But, thanks for trying.

If any DD employees are reading this, feel free to chime in!

Just check the parts for wear and replace springs every 5,000 rounds or so. The trigger group will last a very long time, the barrel for probably 15,000 rounds or more, and the bolt and extractor at least 5,000 rounds.
