Is there any such thing as PWA preban lowers kicking around? Availability of same? Am new to ARs and am wondering. Thanks,

Yes.. I have one.. They are great lowers I would recommend them to anyone (now RRA).
I believe the cut off is 35,222 and under for preban..

I have one too. black teflon finish, all mil-spec design. Excellent quality as good as a Bushmaster.

I picked up a PWA and its pre ban but, now how does one find out whether or not it left the shop as a fully assembled rifle? I e-mailed RRA with my question, but never received a reply from them!?! Thanks,

From the serial number list on the old website:

PWA (360) 438-3983
35222 and Below - Pre-Ban (Note:Some lowers are cast not forged. Out of business) Post-ban have a year prefix in the serial number. Rumored to have only sold lowers.
