Steve I'm sorry to be a pain in the butt with this matter, but a couple of weeks ago I placed a small parts order for small spare parts that I stated I was in no big hurry to get. One of the items I ordered was a stripped 5.56 cal. AR bolt (Part No. AR0034) along with an ejector and a couple of detents. I was concerned about shipping economy and I was happy to see that now USPS was and option when ordering. I noted in my order that I wanted USPS and that I was not in a hurry since they were just for my AR spare parts kit. I expected my order to ship all together at once when everything was ready.
All the other parts I ordered, along with the bolt, are tiny and I was expecting a small padded envelope sent by USPS at a small charge. I was surprised to see a "Priority Mail" box arrive in my mail box this last week with 99.99% air inside and just my tiny spare parts, but sans the bolt. Apparently the bolt is back-ordered and will sent at a later date with yet another shipping charge. The cost for the box of air was $7.05. Now, I'm not thrilled with paying yet another shipping charge for the bolt whenever it is "in-stock" and am interested in cancelling my order. If I do, is RRA going to charge me a Cancellation Fee? Either way,it seems I'm screwed. Please look into it for me please. THANKS!!! BTW: My order No is: 207879 Love my RRA AR rifle though!!! |
