I was wondering if RRA would ever offer factory letter services similar to Colt Winchester or even if records are kept that would facilitate such letters? This would be something that would say the day the rifle was manufactured, shipped, and it's original configuration as it left the factory.

I don't do formal letters, but I can and do provide the information pretty reqularly when requested. I'll continue to do so unless it becomes a huge drag on my time (say, for example, everyone who reads this suddenly frrls th eneed to know the specs on his or her serial number).
