what is the lead time on an AWB compliant NM upper? itching to build a high power match gun

Ball park 60-90 days. Now is the time to get one on order so you'll be ahead of the surge just prior to Camp Perry this summer.

one more question, if I ordered the AWB compliant model, would it just have a crowned barrel?

A2 AWB compliant, gonna put that on a RRA 2 stage lower I have....cant wait

what load do you recommend for this rifle?

Yes...AWB-compliant NMs have an unthreaded bbl with traget crown...unless you were to order it with a brake.
