I posted a question about the functioning of my EOTech (no need to explain further here), and one guy suggested that I could have a loose barrel nut.  It's a RRA Entry Tac, about 1200 rds, and the only thing I've done anywhere near this nut is install a Troy MRF-DI.  I do have to admit that i had to "muscle" it on a little, nothing too excessive though.  Could this have possibly loosened the barrel nut?  Any other way the barrel nut could have come loose?  I can't imagine it would come like this new, right?

Unless you removed the gas tube you could not have loosened the nut. I have yet to have a factory assembled rifle barrel nut come loose. But thats just me....
