I'd like to put a scope on my Elite CAR A4, but not sure about how to mount it. Should I mount directly to the tactical carry handle, or take it off, and mount to the flattop ?

Mount it to the flat top , I used a GG&G scout rail and millet medium hight tactical rings to mount a DMS-1 on my coyote carbine...
