Can someone (or the RRA mod) tell me if the sight on the Dominator-2 sits higher than a regular detachable carry handle. It appears to be, to me anyway, about 1/8" higher. Also, when using the small aperture, the windage knob marks do not match the scale on the back of the sight base. If I bring it three clicks left (counter clockwise), the marks then line up. Is there any way to correct this? Thanks |

The Dom-2 and our TAc Mt share the same sight components as our detachable A2 carry handle, and are the same base height. I'm not sure I'm following your question on the windage. Both apertures are on the same piece, so if one lines up, so does the other. If you would like to, please post here or IM me with more info and I'll try to answer your question. Steve/RRA |

Steve, this is what I'm talking about with the windage.. Had to borrow the Rebel XT..  The pictures are BIG to show the detail so I won't post them directly on the page.First one, the windage knob is mechanically at zero, but it's really not.. Pic 1 Second is three clicks left (counter-clockwise), now the sight matches.. Pic 2 Any idea? Thanks, G |
