I recently ordered a small wrench and a 50ยข spring from you guys, sounds simple, right? I was quite disturbed to get an email saying it could take up to 8 weeks to receive it, and so I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt that this was a generic email that you guys sent to all purchases, a large percentage being people who purchased ARs (which is much more understandable) However, I'm going on 2 weeks, and despite a voicemail and an email to you guys, I've still not gotten a response on whether or not you have even processed my order yet. The wrench is necessary for me to have my rifle in shape for a class that is coming up in a couple of weeks, and believe me, if I had known I was going to fall into an 8 week black hole with zero attempts of returned communication, I would've just grabbed one off of the forums or another website. And please know, its not that the wait time to date is unreasonable, its just the complete lack of return communication and the generic email that has me worried. I hope that with this posting I can actually receive some type of customer service; to at least let me know when I can count on having my order.
