Can this RRA Stand Alone Rear Sight be used with Aimpoint or EOTech sights without difficulty?

Yes.  As long as you have room on the receiver (that becomes mount/mount location dependent for the Aimpoints and to a lesser degree with the EOTechs).

Do you have any technical specs. on this sight so that I can compare it to other manuf.?   Can't find anything online except the price.

It's a standard height rear sight that uses two cross bolts (exactly like our Dominator mounts) to hold it to the receiver's rail.  Standard 2-position rear aperture, windage and elevation adjustments.
