I ordered an Elite Car A4 on December 19, 2007. Nothing complicated, just added the Dominator2 Mount. I'm at 5 weeks and counting. Here is a clip from their site regarding wait times: "Please allow four to eight weeks for delivery, six to eight weeks with chrome lined barrel.". Not sure how to interprit the adding of a chrome lined barrel taking two more weeks. Not sure how the additional two weeks figures in there. Anybody know??? If you order something "complicated" it appears wait times increase. Hopefully they will boost things up ....but don't count on warp speed from what I have been reading. Best of luck to you if you decide to order. I will post here when mine arrives. |

Easy answer onthe bbl question: we don't stock as many chrome-lined bbls as we do the standard-build moly bbls. Barrels are ordered months ahead of time, and deliveries are staggered. We get the more commonly used bbls more frequently than the lesser used bbls, so the common barrels are generally in stock, and the less commonly used barrels "flow through" at fairly regular intervals but aren't always on hand. As far as your upper...probably 4 to 6+ weeks...depending on the exact build. Steve/RRA |
