Some handguard caps are triangular and some are round. Which style is compatible with your midlength handgards (#AR0010C)? Also, do they have heat shields?

We use triangular HG caps on our mid-length rifles and upper. The hand guards themselves do have a single liner in each section. Thanks. Steve/RRA
