How long does it take for Brownells to process return? Anyone have experience with this?
Do they process and ship the return immediately, or is it several weeks? |
| I did this about 1 1/2 months ago. 3 wks AFTER they rec. the package BACK because it was refused, I had not been refunded. I called the CC company and told them the issue, 2 days later, Brownells issues refund. I am assuming since Amex was involved then and had contacted them. |

I recently processed a return, including two items I found lurking in the garage for a sidearm I no longer own.
I bought those parts 6 years ago. They refunded everything (including the old parts, for which I wrote a note asking them NOT to refund as it was due to my brain-fart) within a week of receiving them. I'm sorry to hear that some people are having issues, I've had nothing but great experiences with Brownells over the years... |
