| I just received my Butt Pad from Brownells, and they sent me the wrong one. It was a long wait (Feb) to get the wrong item. They sent an MAG316 instead of a MAG317 for the ACS stock. I called them and they told that I would have to pay to ship it back to them and when they receive it that they would issue me a refund check for the shipping. Not a great way to do business. |

I also received MAG316-BLK instead of MAG317-BLK.  Someone at Brownells goofed big-time. It's too late to call CS tonight, but I'll be on the horn tomorrow to make the return arrangements. I don't see how they can make YOU pay return shipping...I'd call them back.
