Nice video, and the optic looks great. Too bad they're not available. |

My order from 8/4 was delivered today, optic seems really solid. I know they’re likely doing hands on QC with each model, but mine does have a few handling marks and finish issues on the MOS plate leading edge, battery compartment, etc. but it doesn’t bother me much. If you have suppressor height sights, they’re almost too high. Takes me back to the days of absolute cowitness Attached File |
| As a piggy back to my last post - I’m actually going to be running this on an M&P (hopefully). I know it comes with an RMR adapter plate - are the included screws going to be a sufficient length with the adapter plate? Or what’s the best way to install it with the CORE 2.0 mounting system? |
|
Now that I’ve got it on a different gun with standard height sights, this optic is the shit. Attached File Attached File |

Well, they do exist! Mine just arrived and first impressions are good. I'll have to do some debating on which platform to mount this. I'll have about a week and a half before I can get to the range anyway. Anyone running this as an offset red dot on an AR platform? |

Unfortunatley now that we are in full production and know the full cost of truly "Made in the USA" we had to increase the price. It is not just the components and assembly but each completed unit goes through multiple tests. -Impact Testing (simulated live-fire) -POA/Zero Shift Testing -Travel Testing -Seal Integrity Testing -Firmware functionality Testing -Bake cycles to expose electronics and emitter to high temps |

Mine arrived 2 days after ordering. I haven't fired it, yet but mounted right up to my echelon no problem, but I haven't fired it yet. The ACSS is pretty cool. I think the ring is a bit smaller than the illustrations depict. It seems like it's just barely outside the glass and partially visible if the dot isn't perfectly centered. Hopefully if production is up and running some platform specific mounting plates will come in the near future. The hard case and box it ships in are really nice, but if ditching them would have any meaningful affect on price, I'd have been fine with a padded cardboard box, personally. It seems like it's just barely outside the glass and partially visible if the dot isn't perfectly centered. That's the idea. When the handgun is aimed properly, you just see the dot/chevron (depending on which ACSS you have). If you're a Master class shooter, you probably don't need it. If you're new to shooting, or new to optics, it can help. If you think there's a possibility you'll ever be shooting from an odd angle (under a car, around a corner while in a gunfight, etc), it might be useful. The fudds who think the ACSS is stupid and nobody should buy them live in a very narrow world and don't think anybody else should buy something they don't like. |

I didn't mean to imply it wasn't great or helpful. I think it's fantastic, personally. I just mean that compared to the illustration the ring seems smaller. More like the white circle. Either way, I'm sold in it. Attached File |

The price was already a tough sell. Moving on to other options. |
