About how long does it take for PA to process an order?

Me and some family members did a group buy on two singular orders two days in a row (2/13 & 2/14) and are still waiting on the orders to be fulfilled.

Just curious on standard wait time not a complaint.

40xb, I suspect something isn't right. Please email [email protected] with your info, especially the sales order numbers if you have them, the SO- number should be prominent on the confirmation email. We want to look into this.

Thank you for the response. I will have the order placer do that tomorrow. I know the order numbers but it is under a different account and not my own.

FYI if there are FFL items on the order, like stripped lowers, that can cause a delay as they go through that process. I'll know for sure once we look up those Sales Order numbers.

The account holder missed an email concerning magazines and a billing address in the communist republic of Cook County IL.

He emailed back a solution that hopefully can be quickly done. The orders had mags, optics, and accessories. No firearms.

I think it is slowly getting worked out.

Ah hah! Local restrictions rears its ugly head again. We do the best we can and would still like to double check this situation. Shoot me an email at [email protected] with some details if you can. The sales order number or the email used to create the order would be really helpful to us.
