Just ordered a set of PA 1" Tactical Rings PATR1HP:

Anyone know what I should torque the base screws and the scope screws to??
I ordered the "high" rings no knowing if these are pretty standard height of AR flattop.

Cap screws 15-20 inch pounds. Cross bolt 25-30 Thread locker on both. AR height is extra high. Let me know if you want to swap them
