I found my replacements at a hobby car website.  Unfortunately, they're Allen not Torx.  If the guys at PA can't hook you up, try:

M3x4mm Button Head Screws

M3x5mm Flat Head Screws

Just an update:

I emailed Marshall for some extra screws. He replied within 5 minutes and sent me 4 replacement screws.Thanks Marshall!  And that, folks, is why I will continue to buy PA products!
