| I placed an order on the 16th and I still haven't received it (I'm only an hour or so away). Usps still says "shipping label created" and that's it. Just wondering if the order was actually shipped or if it's just more of usps being usps. |

My operations manager said that our deliveryies to the local postoffice have gotten so big they just stopped scanning the, We are on it and will deliver to the main post office if we have to. When you get the shipping notification from us it does ship! |

Many eCommerce companies have stopped using USPS because of the rapid decline in service. With all the small parts we want to keep first class mail as a option. We are working with higher level mgmt at USPS to come up with a solution. We picked this up yesterday for the sole purpose of delivering USPS packages instead of having them pick up. Our people will stay until we know every package has been scanned and in the system for delivery. If we have to bypass the local post office and deliver to the main one in Houston to fix this we will.

Honestly i have had good luck with the USPS with the exception of a previous package which took a week to get out of limbo. This last one is weird as well. I placed two orders last Thursday the 19th and Friday the 20th. Friday's order arrived Monday. Thursday's order shows Pearland Texas again with an expected date of Monday as delivery.
Ha! Pearland is your black hole maybe?. Someone there needs fired. |
| I have the same problem as The_Hammer had. PA shows "Shipped" but USPS shows "Electronic Notification". First time I've ever had a problem like this with USPS. I'm not worried about PA, they've spent too much time & effort in being known for their fast shipment to get sloppy on their end. As fast as Pearland has grown, they may have just outgrown their Post Office. At any rate I'll give it a few more days. In fact, I need to order a few more things right now. |
