The last time you had your 1-6X Score with ACSS, I was able to get one! I, like others, had waited so long.  Unfortunately the elevation wouldn't work.  

Let me tell everyone that your customer service and warranty is as good as advertised.  You offered a refund and the folks I emailed with were very professional.

The question I had is the person I was dealing with was unable to take my scope back and hold it until the new batch came in and the send me out a new one.  I was told to watch and maybe I'd get one.  

Is there any way that, instead of a refund, you hold my defective scope and send me a new one when they come in?  I'm willing to wait.  I'm afraid that, if I'm away from the computer, you'll sell out by the time I can order one.  I really don't want a refund.  I'd prefer the scope.

I had an issue with an early 1-6, primary arms sent me a new one no questions asked, and said just return the original one when you can.  That's pretty outstanding customer service!  They definitely go out of their way for customers.



Eta: a 4x prism scope is definitely the next optic I want for my next build, please hang on to one for me please!

Yep, I think the very first line of their first email to me was something to the effect of "Don't worry, you are still under warranty."  That is good customer service.

I just hope they can switch me out.  I sure want that scope and thought I had hit the jackpot when I got my order in and they were still in stock.
