I’m interested in getting PA’s 6X ACSS scope and mounting it with PA’s AR-15 Basic Scope Mount.

Is this combo compatible with a 45 degree angle riser and one of PA’s micro red dots?  It looks like there would be enough rail space behind the mount to put the riser, but would the red dot fit with the scope?  I see PA's offset mount that attaches to a scope tube, but I’d like the red dot to be as close to the bore as possible.

Thanks.

That sounds good.  Now I just need to figure out which micro red dot I need...

A few more questions – which micro red dot would you recommend for this purpose?  I’m left handed, so the micro red dot will be tilted to the left.

Will I need a special mount with this set up, or will they work fine as-is on the offset riser?

Also, do you have an estimated price point for whenever the reflex sights come out?  If it's within my price range, I might waited and get one of those instead.

Thanks again!

I would go with the fixed base the has the knob on the top. Any off set mount with a rail. The reflex is just vaporware but the target price is $89

Thanks for the advice, Marshall.  I’ll have to get the micro red dot soon, then if the reflex sight becomes more than vaporware, I’ll get that and put the micro on something else.  You can never have too many red dots
