The illumination dial on a Primary Arms 1-4x24 scope (PA14X) is very difficult to rotate. Is there any trick to loosen it up a little? Can I lube it with something? If so, how and exactly where do I do it? I am not against removing the dial and tinkering with it if someone tells me how and what to do once I get it off.
