Can the P/A Compact Weaponlight run [2] Protected CR123R 3.6v batteries?

We do not recommend using rechargeable batteries. They can come out of the charger producing much higher voltage than the circuit was designed to handle

Thank you for the reply. I will stick to primary 3v cells then.
