Is your website/server having issues? I am trying to log in to my account, and it says my email/password isn't valid....

Hope I not speaking outta turn, but;
If this is the 1st time logging in with the new website, you need to make a new account. Thats what I had to do and it was verified by PA staff. If you have a new account after the new website went live, I dunno whats up.

I had to resend my info after the new website, as well.

Unfortunately we had no way to move the account data over to the new web site.
