Just put the 5x mag behind a m3 multi ret, seems when the adjustment is all the way in looking through is clear, but reticles blur, I see two or three together. If I back the adjustment out, reticle gets clearer but field gets a little blurry. Right now as mounted there is only about 1/16th inch between the two pieces, should they be farther apart? Thanks

Focus the magnifier on a distant target without the red dot in place. Once it is behind the red dot it will take some practice to get your eye to focus on the target and get a clear sight picture.
