I have the M3 clone with a high non canted mount. From reading some posts it seams like the high canted mount has some problems and that the scope is offset due to the battery lid hitting the mount. On my set up I did not put the third screw in the mount due to the battery lid being in the way. Is this the same problem? I wanted to get a 3x magnifier but will need the canted mount and if this is the problem then I will order one. I have no problems with only having 2 screws on one side, its a 223 I don't think its going anywhere.
Also I read in another post where a guy moved the rail pin mount (?) due to the V cut showing. My dot is a little loose on the rail, ( of course when the mount is tight its not) front to back slop and I have the V or 1/2 the pin cut out showing. Should a solid circle be showing? Dose any of this make since? |

If you don't have enough room to put all the screws in then you will need the new mount when they come in. Send Nick a email at [email protected] and he will put you on the list. The mount we have will let you put all the screws in but you have to loosen the mount and rotate the optic to change the battery. A fix for both is in the works.
There is no issue with the way they mount. With any mount get in the habit of pushing it forward when you tighten it down so you get a repeatable position. Give us a call tomorrow if you need more detail. Thanks Marshall 713-436-5121 |

when do you expect to have proper cantilever mounts in? do you have a pic of them by chance? They look the same it is just a small difference in the top strap that is causing the problem. I will have one in a few days to verify and if it is the correct size we should have some late next week. |
