[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Getting a Hold of Someone

I have tried calling (during business hours) and also emailing, its been a few days but I haven't gotten any response. Any ideas?

I was on hold for an hour before I got someone. I have a feeling they are swamped with calls.

It takes forever.

I've had to call twice and each time it was at least 30 minutes.

Decent customer service once they answer the phone.
