Great service from PSA, and quick.
Was that a Premium BCG with a HPT/MPI bolt? If so how was it tested with that pin like that? Edit by PSA: Bolt testing is done before coating. The bolt is tested with a proof cartridge in a testing jig, and then MPI'ed. The bolt is then coated, re-assembled, then installed into a bcg. |

Contact CS directly, or IM us here with your order number, for a replacement bcg. because I can do it better than you yes you have offered to replace the bcg but thats not the problem, its one part Edit by PSA: Since the bcg shipped in this condition, we would want to inspect it to make sure it was ok in other dimensions. We are not sure why the pin bent - some of our assembly equipment is automated, there may be a problem with the hole size or extractor. Letting us take care of it retains the warranty. |
