Is this acceptable feed ramp alignment?  Complete upper that I received 2 days ago.  I don't want the bolt having issues entering the extension.

That looks to be within the tolerance.  Does the bolt hesitate at all when closing, or does it drop right in?

On my only other upper, a BCM, the bolt drops right into the chamber.  However, I have put quite a few rounds though that upper.  On this PSA upper it takes a little push to get it in.  I'd like to shoot it then inspect the bolt lugs and ammo to see if there is any indication of an issue, will that void the warranty if there even is one on a complete upper?  Using a PSA premium BCG btw.

Go shoot that thing. PSA will take care of you if you have any issues.

New bolt in new upper - that is normal.    Shooting it will not affect the warranty.
