I just received my PSA PA10 16" Mid MOE BLK SS 1/10 Upper with BCG and Charging Handle and see what appears to be rust as in the attached photo. Is this a cause for concern? A little disappointing to see this on a brand new part to say the least. There are also small specks on the outside of the barrel. Whatever this is, it does not come off with solvent.
