So I ordered (ORDER #2101059941) 3  ammo cans that was on clearance for $6.99.  The shipping for 3 cans was a ripoff at $12 bucks.  So to make the shipping more bearable I added 5 boxes of 5.56 which made the shipping $15.50.  So fast forward to this week.  I finally get the ammo cans but not the ammo.  I send an email to them asking what the status of the ammo was.

Today I check my order page and it shows refund on the ammo, which I never asked for and they never bothered to answer my email.  And guess what?  I still got stuck with a $15.50 shipping fee, which is more than if I just ordered the cans separately.

I wouldn't of ordered anything if I knew I wasn't going to get the ammo.  I can understand slow shipping times because of the pricing.. I don't understand lousy service.  Good service doesn't cost extra.

You guys are horrible.

Did you bother to IM them or try to contact them after your initial email checking on the ammo's status to try to give them a chance to fix it or did you run to here first to come on and stomp your feet and poke out your bottom lip about the bad service?

I'm as big of a PSA basher when it comes to certain things as anyone but you can't complain about "service" if you don't give their "service" a chance to fix the issue.

Yeah man.  Normal customer service is available by request, if you know how to request, and you are patient.

For all of you, "Did you send them a PM with a secret handshake inside," etc. folks, if you think time and hassle are worth nothing, then why don't you put it on PSA to go to the trouble of initiating communication with their customers about lack of order fullfillment?

PSA should sell a set of PSA nuts for people like you to go around holding.  The scenario outlined above is bullshit.

I believe i mentioned that should have been done in CIVI's thread...

I call a spade a spade as much as the next guy, and this OP has a legitimate gripe as well, but if he wants it resolved then he needs to give them the chance as well.

He did give them a chance.  It's called submitting an order.  Now he pays the price.  By the amount you post, I can reasonably understand that time and hassle mean nothing to you.  Not everyone is in a position to carve such chunks of time out of their day for "PSA Time."

he did. he didnt give them a chance to fix the issue.

and by the tone of your posts i can tell that an intelligent discussion may very well fall upon deaf ears since you have already resorted to personal attacks.

An email asking for the status of the remainder of the order is more than it should take.

1.) they have a phone line somewhere you could call, no special handshake needed. call the number,
place phone on speaker phone, multitask while waiting for cs operator to answer and handle the issue.

2.) send an email to the company. print off a copy of your email for your records. await return email stating
"your issue has been resolved".

3.) if 1, or 2 do not work, credit card charge back.

4.) would love a set of those nuts, to hold on to
